Booking policy
Roll Away Beds, Sofa Beds and Connecting Rooms:
Roll away beds are $20 per night plus tax (fee is in addition to 3rd person fee if required). Room type must fit rollaway (note: queen queen rooms do not accommodate a rollaway) and requests must be confirmed with property directly. Connecting rooms are limited must be confirmed with property directly. Limited king rooms with sofa beds are on an availability basis and must be confirmed with property directly.
Children’s Policy:
Children 12 and under are free if using existing bedding. Rollaway fee applies if required (note: queen queen rooms do not accommodate a rollaway). Cribs are complimentary.
Fees, Taxes & Service:
$15.00 Urban Retreat Fee, (taxable), 15.6% state & city tax per night, + $2 Seattle Tourism Improvement Area (STIA) fee, per night.
Minimum Age Requirements:
All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at Warwick Seattle. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification. Accommodations with access to mini bar alcohol will only be granted to those guests with a valid ID confirming 21 years of age or older. Any guest who does not meet the minimum legal drinking age of 21 will be denied any room service that includes alcohol
Children policy and bed
- Normal occupancy is 1-2 persons per room
- 2 adults and 2 children in a room is possible when 1 child (under 5 years) shares the same bed with parents. The second child must take an extra bed (surcharge applie
- Children 2 to 12years old
- Children under 5 years stay free on existing bed. Only 1 child per room
- One child sharing the existing bed(s) is charged only for breakfast
- A further child must take an extra bed (surcharge applies)
- Only 1 extra bed per room
- Any type of extra bed is chargeable, and only 1 child (1-12 years per extra bed in each room)
- Extra beds are for children only - not adults
- The surcharge for an extra bed is 650 baht per night and includes breakfast
- Extra beds are only available in our twin rooms
- Extra beds need to be booked in advance, at the time of booking. Please check for availability
Cancellation/prepayment
This type of cancellation policy gives travelers the option to cancel hotel reservations free of charge up until a certain date. Once this date passes, hotel cancellation policies can either:
Charge a standard cancellation fee
Require the full payment for the reservation
The “one night penalty” policy
For this type of hotel room cancellation policy, hotel charges a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay at the hotel.
The prepaid, nonrefundable hotel reservation policy
