Payment Method

The customer is required to pay a deposit for the booking to be confirmed (please note that different deposits amounts are required for some trips). If your booking is made within 30 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking. The remaining amount could be paid when we meet on arrival at the hotel or pay us in advance before starting your tour, as per your discretion.

Deposit payment can be settled by wire transfer, credit card, debit card or Paypal. We accept UnionPay, Visa card, MasterCard and AMEX card since Viet Asia Tour is a verified member of OnePay system. Your card information will be protected during the transmission by using the security system with OnePay.

The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.
